Accessibility Statement

Our approach

We have designed this website with the aim of meeting the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. The website has not yet been independently audited, so we do not claim full conformance.

What we have done

• Used clear headings, landmarks and labels so the site works with screen readers.
• Made all links, menus, forms and buttons usable with a keyboard, with a visible focus indicator.
• Provided a "Skip to main content" link at the top of each page.
• Chosen text and background colours with sufficient contrast.
• Linked form errors to the fields they relate to and listed them in a summary at the top of the form.
• Made the site work when zoomed to 400% and on small screens without horizontal scrolling.
• Kept animation to a minimum and turned it off for people who have chosen reduced motion in their device settings.
• Given meaningful images text alternatives, and hidden decorative images from screen readers.

Known limitations

• Saving cookie preferences requires JavaScript. Without JavaScript, no optional cookies are set.
• Information in documents you upload, such as your CV, depends on how those documents were created.

How this statement was prepared

This statement was prepared on 15 October 2026 based on our own testing during development, using keyboard-only navigation, browser zoom and automated checks. The website has not yet been independently audited; we will update this statement if an audit is carried out.
