We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our daily administrative and client communication tasks. The ideal candidate should be organized, professional, and comfortable handling emails, meetings, and client queries independently.Key Responsibilities
Manage and respond to client emails in a professional manner
Arrange and schedule meetings (internal and client meetings)
Coordinate and host Zoom meetings
Handle phone calls and follow up with clients when required
Manage and organize documents using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Maintain records, reports, and spreadsheets
Handle client queries and requests efficiently and on time
Support day-to-day administrative and operational tasks
Requirements
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or Administrative Assistant
Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience with email handling, meeting scheduling, and client coordination
Familiar with Zoom meetings and basic call handling
Good written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Stable internet connection and availability during working hours
