Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our daily administrative and client communication tasks. The ideal candidate should be organized, professional, and comfortable handling emails, meetings, and client queries independently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and respond to client emails in a professional manner

  • Arrange and schedule meetings (internal and client meetings)

  • Coordinate and host Zoom meetings

  • Handle phone calls and follow up with clients when required

  • Manage and organize documents using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Maintain records, reports, and spreadsheets

  • Handle client queries and requests efficiently and on time

  • Support day-to-day administrative and operational tasks

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or Administrative Assistant

  • Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Experience with email handling, meeting scheduling, and client coordination

  • Familiar with Zoom meetings and basic call handling

  • Good written and verbal communication skills

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

  • Stable internet connection and availability during working hours
