Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Remote Sales Assistant to support our sales team with daily operations, lead management, and customer communication. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the sales team with day-to-day sales activities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or calls

  • Maintain and update customer and lead records

  • Follow up with potential clients and existing customers

  • Prepare basic sales reports and track progress

  • Support onboarding and coordination with clients

  • Help manage schedules, meetings, and follow-ups

Requirements

  • Previous experience in sales, customer support, or virtual assistance (preferred)

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Good organizational and time-management abilities

  • Comfortable using online tools (CRM, email, spreadsheets, messaging apps)

  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
