About the Role
We are an established accounting firm looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. This is a remote position, open to both experienced professionals and trainee candidates, as full training will be provided.
You will act as the first point of contact for clients, supporting them with general inquiries, appointment coordination, and basic service-related assistance.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to client inquiries via email, chat, and phone
Provide accurate information about accounting services
Assist with appointment scheduling and follow-ups
Maintain client records and basic documentation
Escalate queries to the relevant internal teams when required
Deliver professional and friendly customer support at all times
Requirements
Good communication skills (written and verbal)
Basic computer and internet skills
Willingness to learn (training provided)
Professional attitude and customer-focused mindset
No prior accounting experience required (preferred but not mandatory)
